International Delivery - Postage will be based on weight. If you cannot find your country when placing an order. Please contact us to get a shipping quote.

We understand the importance of your order and aim to dispatch all products as soon as possible. As candles and orgonites are individually handmade and poured please allow 4-10 days (in Aust) and 7-25 days (Worldwide) (delays may happen caused by the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus pandemic) for your order to arrive, once dispatched (3-4 days). All deliveries are sent via Sendle Courier or Australia Post.

Once the parcel has been dispatched to your shipping address, Arcandles takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. Arcandles cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions. Ensure correct address has been entered during checkout, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. 

If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable,  customer is responsible for the re-shipping postage.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Arcandles will allow cancellations of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items and gift cards at this time.

We accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will (at our option) replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit your Credit Card/Paypal Account with a full refund.

If you have changed your mind with the product, returns (refunds) and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original/unused condition. All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the buyer's own expense. Please ship with parcel tracking. If the item is not returned safely or in original condition, you will not obtain a full refund.

Custom made orgonite cannot be returned or refunded. Arcandles is not responsible for colour differences from our website or other information provided as real life crystals for each stone varies. 

Damaged Goods

Where goods are believed to be damaged, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing, by email info@arcandles.com.au 24 hours of your receiving your parcel.

1. If the parcel is via Courier

Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the

a. Damaged goods,
b. Packaging box and protection bubbles/papers and
c. Shipping label

in ONE PHOTO.

2. If the parcel is via Aust Post

Please take all the above a-c to your closes post office and file a claim.

In severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review investigation.

We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

The damaged product will be replaced with the same item within 5 working days . An alternative product or refund will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit or via Paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.
