First Order Discount

New customers may receive a 10% discount on their first order by subscribing to Arcandles marketing communications and using the applicable discount code provided.

The first order discount:

Applies to eligible products only.
Excludes gift cards, gift packs, bundles and any other excluded products or promotions stated at the time of the offer.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, offers, sales or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is limited to one use per customer.
May not be transferred or resold.

Arcandles reserves the right to cancel or refuse discount codes where misuse, fraud or technical errors are suspected.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Arcandles offers a range of handmade, natural and curated products. Due to the nature of certain materials and production processes, some products may have slight variations in colour, appearance, texture, fragrance, size, shape, crystal placement or natural inclusions.

These variations are considered part of the uniqueness of the product and are not considered faults.

Candle Safety

Candles must always be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions provided with your purchase.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials and drafts.

Always trim the wick before each burn and discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains.

Arcandles is not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by improper use, failure to follow candle safety instructions, or misuse of products.

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for any payment made.
