I've been surrounded by spiritual wisdom since I was young — sitting with world-famous spiritual teachers and gurus, receiving blessings, and travelling to sacred pilgrimage sites in Australia, India and Bhutan. Those early experiences planted seeds I'm still drawing from today.

But my real awakening didn't happen at a sacred site or in a teacher's presence.

It happened when life got hard.

Like most people, I faced my own set of challenges — the kind that test everything you think you know about yourself. And it was in navigating those that I truly began to learn. Not from books alone, though I read many. Not from one tradition or one teacher. But from the real, lived experience of healing myself first.

Over the years I explored many modalities — Reiki, chakra healing, crystal healing, animal communication, and others — each adding a layer to my understanding of how energy, belief and experience shape a person's reality. Along the way my own intuitive connection deepened and that connection now informs everything I do.

Of everything I've learned and worked with, Spiritual Response Therapy is the modality I come back to most consistently in my healing practice. What makes it different from everything else I've encountered is how deep it actually goes — not just the patterns you're aware of, not just the subconscious programs running underneath, but all the way to the soul level. Past lives, soul records, energies carried across lifetimes and generations.

The layers that most approaches never reach, and that no amount of talking, thinking or mindset work can touch.

It's the most structured and specific method I've found for getting to what's actually causing the pattern — not just managing it on the surface.
